Limited Liability Partnership "Staron Kazakhstan" (Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan)
This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and applies to all information that Staron Kazakhstan Limited Liability Partnership (Staron Kazakhstan) may get information about the User on the website www.radianz.kz (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS.
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Site Administration” – Limited Liability Partnership “Staron Kazakhstan” (Staron Kazakhstan), BIN: 080540011295, which is the operator and owner of the database containing personal data.
The owner of the database containing personal data exercises the right in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstanpossession, use and disposala database containing personal data.
The operator of the database containing personal data collects, processes and protects personal data.
1.1.2. "Personal Information" -information relating to a specific subject of personal data or determined on their basis, recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other tangible media.

1.1.5. “Confidentiality of personal data” is a requirement for the site Administration or other person who has access to personal data to comply with the requirement not to allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.
1.1.6. “User” is a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site.
1.1.7. “Cookies” are small text files that are stored on the User’s device (personal computer, laptop, tablet, mobile phone, etc.) when he visits sites on the Internet.
1.1.8. “IP address” is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

3. SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration to non-disclose and ensure a regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data:

4.1. The User’s personal data collected when submitting an application through the order sheet on the Site and by filling out other feedback forms on the Site can be used by the Site Administration for the purposes of:
- receiving an application to place the User’s order.
- establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, processing requests received from the User and responding to requests.
4.2. The User’s personal data collected by Cookies and Analytics Services can be used by the Site Administration to eliminate incidents, as well as for the purposes of research and analysis of the User’s use of the site in order to improve service performance and improve the quality of customer service.
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION.
5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out until the goals are achieved, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.
5.2. The User's personal data is not transferable to third parties, with the exception of Analytics Services.
The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.4. The site administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES.
6.1. The user has the right:
6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary to achieve the purposes of its use.
6.1.2. Send a request by filling out a feedback form to provide him with a list of personal data processed by the Site Administration.
6.1.3. Block or delete your personal data by sending an appropriate request using the feedback form.
6.2. The site administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and also not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of clause 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.
6.2.4. Provide the User with access to personal data collected about the User.
6.2.5. Block personal data related to the User:
- from the moment of receipt of the corresponding request from the User.
- from the moment of receiving a request from the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification,
- in case of identification of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions of the User.
7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES.
7.1. The site administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for the cases provided for in paragraphs. 5.2., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public property before its loss or disclosure;
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration;
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
8.1. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8.4. The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS.
9.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
9.3. All suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be reported to the Site Administration using the feedback form.
